I tried this new technician as her instagram looked promising. To start this girl put an excessive amount of tape on my eyes and took one hour and fourty five minutes to do my lashes and held my head straight by pressing on my head with her hands. This isn’t my first time getting lashes, I know how long it takes and what’s the process like. After about an hour or so I was getting a little annoyed, anxious and tired because of how slow she was, how tight my eyes were shut with multiple pieces of tape and how she was pressing on my head. I even told her not to press on my head heavily. The whole process was anxiety inducing especially having your eyes shut so much. Usually a tech used two pieces of tape per eye, but this technician used three to four times as much and she kept taping my eyes shut and adding more tape under my eyes. After the appointment was over, when I sat up my bottom lashes were stuck to the top!! Unbelievable and completely unacceptable after how long the service was and how much tape was used. Within 30 minutes of leaving the shop, my eyelashes started falling out. I didn’t touch them, no tearing, nor washed my face. I sent pictures later that night to show my eyelashes and asked if they could be fixed which she did not reply. Super disappointed I would not recommend, waste of money and time.

Cassidy is hands down the best lash tech i've ever been to!!! She's extremely professional and personable. She always makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the whole process! I've never had any issues with my lashes coming out aside from any natural shedding. The retention of my lashes is amazing. I will continue going to Cassidy and recommending her and her work. She makes sure you leave feeling beautiful and happy and everyone deserves that!

Truly the worst cosmetic experience I’ve EVER had. Not only was she unprofessional and immensely rude the ENTIRE appointment making me feel so awkward and uncomfortable, but the service was not performed as illustrated in her promotions and client pictures. She demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism by talking down about previous clients to me as a new client. And the service? The lashes hadn’t been placed properly or adhered appropriately doing nothing but irritating my eyes AND if that wasn’t bad enough the extensions started falling off THE DAY AFTER getting them done!!!!! Save your money, Do not recommend.

I have been going to Lashed by Cass for a few years now bur I’ve been getting individual lashes for about 10 years. She is by far the best lash technician I’ve been to. She’s professional, kind, works quickly and always has my lashes looking amazing. My retention is great and the overall health of my own lashes remains good because of her lash technique. 10/10 highly recommend for any of the lash girlies.

Found this tech whose work looked good on IG. She convinced me to do a removal and a full set. 8 days in, I notice clusters of lashes stuck together, poor isolation and they hurt. I immediately told her, she tried to give me every excuse blaming the “oils on my skin.” Along with disrespectfully responding with “OK” in text messages. iI’ve NEVER had this issue where tons of lashes are glued together. I know well enough this was 100% her! So I paid for a removal and full set 9 with a tip. She then had the audacity to charge me for my removal also and took ZERO accountability. My lashes are absolutely destroyed! Bald spots, broken lashes.. one of my lashes had 6 natural lashes glued together 5 of them were broken off hanging by 1 lash. multiple other lashes with multiple natural lashes glued together and 2 more clumps of lashes that had a bunch of individual lashes with extensions all stuck together (she clearly doesn’t know how to use her glue properly) I could cry. Especially because not only did she not offer a refund, she CHARGED me for a removal! I’m 50% sad and 50% pissed off! The prices have gone up and now that everyone thinks they can “lash” the quality has gone down. Ladies there are much better options out there.
